Line agents at high altitude

Exeri is covered in the latest issue of Sweden's leading energy magazine Energi, #7/2020:

“Locating faults in the electric grid is time-consuming. But through so-called line agents, there will be faster troubleshooting and more efficient planning of grid overhauls. The company Exeri has developed a system for smart grid monitoring which is now being gradually installed at Skellefteå Kraft.”

“-We have a very positive experience, the system makes it so much easier to locate errors in the grid and it gives added value to both our service staff and our customers. We also get very useful statistics that we can use to plan maintenance, says Magnus Pettersson, project manager Skellefteå Kraft, and adds:

-We can evaluate grid errors and gather information on line segments where there are many power outages. With that knowledge can we easy decide on which counter measures to take.”
